Hydroquinone2%w/w

Uses:- It is used to lighten the dark patches of skin which is also called hyperpigmentation, melasma ( liver and age spots) caused by pregnancy, birth control pills or injury to the skin. It will work by preventing the discoloration process of the skin. It has also sunscreens to help prevent spots from returning due to UV exposure or sunlight.

Side Effect: – Some common side effects are given such as Mild burning, dryness, skin cracking, stinging, rash and redness may occur. If you observe any of these effects worsen, inform your doctor promptly.

Tretinoin0.025%w/w

Uses: – This medicine is belongs to class of drugs known as retinoid and used in the treatment of acne. It may decrease the number and effect of acne and promote quick healing of pimples.

Side Effect: – A warmth sensation may occur immediately after applying this medicine. Some common side effects are Skin redness, skin darkness, lighting of the skin, dryness, itching, swelling of the skin, scaling, mild burning, or worsening of acne may also occur. If any of these effects worsen, inform your doctor immediately. Moisturizer cream may be helpful for excessive dry skin.

Mometasone

Fuorate 0.1%w/w Cream, 20 gm

Introduction: – Mometasone is a topical steroid. It will reduce the actions of chemicals in the body that can cause inflammation. It is used to treat skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and allergic reactions.

Side Effect: – some common side effects are given such as burning, itching, skin thinning, dryness, scaling and redness around the mouth. Inform your doctor if you observe any of the effects worsen.
