Bromelain: Mixture of proteolytic enzymes found in the juice and stems of pineapples, lowers vascular permeability and hence reduces edema and pain
Rutoside: Natural flavones derivatives. It has anti-inflammatory and anti immunomodulating activity. Inhibits the platelets aggregation and also decreases capillary permeability, making the blood thinner and improves the circulation.
